The Best Copycat Old Bay Seasoning

This is the best version of Old Bay

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground bay leaves I ground my own. read above!
  • 4 tsp ground celery seed
  • 3 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground mace (can sub nutmeg)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tbsp salt (fine grind, table salt)

Instructions

  • Grind spices that need grinding
  • mix everything together
